Terms and Conditions:

1. Booking Lead Time:

   • Kindly contact us 3 to 4 weeks before your birthday party date to ensure a seamless planning process.

2. Proposal Process:

   • Two design proposals will be presented within 5 days upon receipt of the deposit.

3. Design Confirmation:

   • Clients are requested to confirm the selected design within 7 days. This allows us to custom-make all related materials for the party packs/door gifts.

4. Cancellation Policy:

   • Cancellations made less than one week before the event will incur a 25% fee.
