Shipping policy

We will only provide digital receipts which will be sent to your email once your order is shipped.

Local Delivery (Singapore)

• Standard orders will be processed within 3-5 business days and shipped when ready
• Customized Items are processed within 8-10 business days and shipped when ready
• Orders containing pre-order/custom items will be shipped together when all items arrive. Pre-orders may take up to 4 weeks to complete

• Courier with tracking (medium & large items): Delivery typically takes 2-3 days from the dispatch date. No delivery on Sundays.
