RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

• Contact our Customer Service via email hello@heartyplayfam.com to make your request for a return
• Goods must be returned in their original packaging
• Returns are not applicable for Sales and Customized items
• For return/exchange of defective item/s, please provide photos to clearly show manufacturing defects
• For return/exchange of non-defective item/s, a return processing fee of $8 applies. In addition, customers will bear the return shipping fees of $10
